District Numbers
1- champlain district
2- grand trunk district
3- great lakes district
4- la verendye district
5- great plains district
6- pacific district

Above district numbers are new, but GT trains are still using 3 as under the former Great Lake region, however they will evently change to 2. Yard job symbols already use changed to the new numbers.

This should complete the GT district number system.
